LDC's Land Planning Department produces master plans, land-use plans, and site development plans for our client's involved development and restoration of land and urban spaces. Our professional staff provides these services for planned communities, commercial and corporate facilities, and healthcare/institutional organizations. LDC planners conduct site analysis, assess economic and market factors, develop preliminary plans, define and implement an approval strategy for the project and develop final plans.
